With a background as a Project Manager and Client Liaison for a major corporate investment firm, Cindy’s approach to real estate is built on high-level negotiation, meticulous research, and the project management skills required to keep complex transactions on track.

Having navigated the move to Charlotte with triplet toddlers in tow, Cindy possesses a firsthand understanding of the relocation journey. As a dually licensed broker in North and South Carolina, she has lived and worked across the region, developing a deep mastery of the diverse markets throughout Mecklenburg, Union, and Lancaster counties. Now, backed by the collective strength of the Ordan Osborne Team at Howard Hanna | Allen Tate, Cindy prioritizes a "five-star" experience. When she isn't advocating for her clients, Cindy enjoys the quiet country life in Monroe with her husband and four children. A lifelong violinist and a competitive player in area tennis leagues, she also spends her time hiking the Carolina trails, freshwater fishing, and traveling with her family.
