Charlotte has numerous communities spread out across a broad geographic range.  The following are some generalized areas and data points that we will be reviewing.  Upon a more specific conversation we might discuss other areas or communities that better fit your needs.  This is a partial list of our great city but should not be considered a guide on where to purchase or what might be the best fit. 

 

Plaza Midwood / NODA (North of Davidson / The Arts District) – Plaza Midwood is the neighborhood where Scout Headquarters is located.  This urban area is located east of Uptown and offers a combination of fantastic restaurants, hip shopping and entertainment including live music.  NODA, or North of Davidson, is known as The Arts District and is a hip area of Charlotte with a busy nightlife and numerous art galleries. 

Home Price Range: Low of $190, High of $3.75M, Average of $629,900 (3 bed, 3 bath 1716 square feet)
